Cancellation Policy
Since we reserved this appointment exclusively for you, we respectfully request cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellation or rescheduling within less than 24 hours is subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time, and other clients miss the chance to receive treatments.
Other Cancellations Policy
If you experience any of the following less than 2 weeks before your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your treatment.
Your appointment will be canceled, and this fee cannot be applied to a future treatment.
Botox or fillers
Lasers
Any invasive procedure
Sunburn
Herpes simplex/cold sores
Picked skin
Other chemical peel of any kind
Facial waxing (7 days prior)
Late Fee/No Show Policy
If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will be billed a $50 late fee.
After 15 minutes, we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge the full cost of treatment.
If you fail to show up for an appointment, the entire cost of the treatment will be charged.
Package Deals Policy
We offer package deals at reduced rates, valid for 6 months after the purchase date.
Package deals require full payment at the time of purchase. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price of a single treatment.
Children Policy
Children under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them before receiving services.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the entire time, and cannot be left unattended.
Refunds & Exchanges Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services.
